Thank You

What can I tell you about me? My name is Tamara, I’m African American, and I was born in St. Louis Missouri.
Having my family around me is one of my most pleasant memories of my childhood. My grandmother, mother, aunts and uncles knew how to have a good time during gatherings. We also take care of each other. My sixteenth birthday party was really nice. The smell of the fresh mustard on the slices of oven-fried potatoes along with barbequed ribs in red sauce was all through the house. We had a good time that day. My sisters Travell, Tomica, and Taniella were there.
Laguna Honda Hospital has been an important part of my life. This place has given me a lot. They allow my mom to come spend time with me, and the nurses are very friendly and helpful. They really take the time to help me get better. Last night I had a seizure and they were right by my bed telling me to relax, and that I was going to be OK. Today, I’m feeling a lot better, but there are times when I’m so sick and it feels like I am going to leave this world. But, my nurses always bring me back. They really do...I really thank the nurses for helping me, and God for helping me get better.
